Unkept rooms.
Mr. Jerry checked us in and he was very personable and friendly. The room however was awful. As soon as we opened the door, we could smell urine coming from the bathroom. The room had a terrible smell as well. The carpet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a good while. We had to use Lysol on the base of the toilet to get rid of the urine smell. We had to use shower shoes because the tub didn’t look like it had been cleaned in a while. The grout around the tub and toilet was black. In order to lesson the smell of the room, we sprayed Room Concentrate. If it wasn’t so late, I would have asked for a new room; but we were tired. I am really disappointed with this hotel. I made a video but can not upload it.

Absolutely professional & great staff specially Cindy , Pam . Clean entrance / Lobby ! Room needs a serious renovation & cleaner carpet & better quality bed sheets & towels .stayed 3 nights with no room service except asked for fresh towels . Great location & safe ! Breakfast is basic ( granola Bar , few apples , coffee / Tea) ! I like to enclose few photos of the room condition with refrigerator ( dark spots ) & microwave ( rusty) ! Needs certainly a true upgrade ! Yet they fonction !

Safe, clean, quiet
I stayed while the hotel was completely booked and the folks who run it are amazing. The service was quick and polite, the room was clean, and most of all it was quiet and so was the surrounding area. The only complaint I have is I had to put a chair in front of the mini fridge because the seal was going bad and the pillows were the exact size of my head. Then again I may have been given an older/ not as used room and everything else was great so I really can’t call it a complaint

Property is very outdated and several things in the room didnt work properly or at all. Room wasnt very clean when we checked in.

Desperation makes you do things you usually don’t!!! We paid way to much $$$ for a hotel that should of been about $60 a night.. Breakfast options was horrible, a few muffins and honey buns and juice.. I VZ was taller than the shower head!! But it served it’s purpose, sleep..

Room needed airing out and refreshing!!!
Upon opening room door, we were greeted with a feces smell, like someone had just used the bathroom. Bathroom was clean, except for corners where there was visible dirt. Tub and sink area ok. Bed mattresses were good, no signs of bugs. They had covers on them. Three Pillows each bed were terrible, they were filled with chopped up foam rubber, not good or comfortable at all. There were no covers or extra pillowcases on them. One pillowcase was so thin ( threadbare) that there was no fiber left just the thread. Could see your hand through it easily. The air conditioner smelled like mildew while on. We purchased Febreze and a disinfectant spray at the truckstop and sprayed everything down so it was tolerable for the two days rental. Would not stay again at this hotel unless absolutely necessary even though the staff was friendly enough.
