The girl at the reception would be very poor, maybe it would be because my English is a little short but independent, I think one pays for a good service !!! with telling you that I had reservations from Friday to Saturday and then from Saturday to Sunday and Saturday I would not return to stay, I preferred to look for another option.

Clean room, comfortable beds. On the day we were there free pizza and soda was available. I am not sure if that is an everyday thing, or just on certain days.
The front desk staff was very pleasant, and actually remembered a phone conversation we had a couple of days before we arrived.
The hotel was quiet, and we felt safe there.
Breakfast was pretty standard, an upgraded continental with a few hot options. Also had a waffle machine, which is always a win in my book!
Would definitely stay here again.

There were dead flies in the winow area, nicotine bags right under the bed & when we turned the bathroom light on in the morning these little bugs scattered. I was not happy at all.

Very noisy. Very little water out of the shower. Bring your own pillow or use your rolled up jeans, as the pillows were like 3” of wood. Barely slept. Canceled our plans to stay another night. Person behind counter was nice and offered an upgrade but I had had enough.

the room was nice except for the blood in the refrigerator, the parking spaces were not enough as the parking lot was filled to capacity.

我周五晚上到达时，预订的房间我以为是无障碍客房，但实际上并不是。值班人员让我看了一间更合适的房间，我顺利地换了房。他们还帮我把行李搬到房间。坐轮椅推行李车很费劲。退房也比较麻烦，因为大家都忙着，我跑了好几趟才办完。
