Went there with my fiance for a Mohegan Sun trip. As soon as we got there the first floor had an overwhelming smell of ****. Even though there are no smoking signs. The room I was given was on the first floor. I had to ask for a change to another floor to get away from the smell. The person working the front desk didn't seem concerned about the smell. The hallway and rooms are very outdated and run down. I have been going there for a few years and i won't be returning after this last trip. The only thing I like is the shuttle to Mohegan Sun, but there are better hotels that offer shuttle services.

The room was good but I was next to the elevator and it was load along with loud quest. Customer Service was Excellent.

Friendly staff, spotless’s room and very conveniently located up the street from Mohegan Sun. Very good value.

房间非常干净安静，所有员工也都很友善。
房间里弥漫着一股难闻的气味。两张床上的床都很脏，到处都是头发！这个价格简直太不值了！！！浴室里的味道更糟糕。浴室的墙壁上长满了霉菌。房间里没有通风口！电视机又旧又过时！我要求换房间，但他们拒绝了。我以为会住套房，结果却被安排在一个狭小的房间里。房间小得可怜！早餐里的食物都过期了，孩子们吃了之后肚子疼！！
