First room had noisy AC and we were moved to a new room. Very nice front desk. Breakfast was nice but limited. Nice quiet night.

The “Queen” beds as advertised are not true Queen size. While bigger than a full size they do t have the width or length of a true queen size bed. Sleeping area for two is comprised. Dont care for the wall mounted A/C right next to the bed. It blows off & on and is disturbing. The catsup in kitchen is very weak, certainly a generic to better brands. Yuck..

It is where i stay when i come into town however the air conditioning was out in the hotel and was hot. The bathroom door frames are rusted out and looks dirty. Very loud when people slam doors when your trying to sleep. Breakfast was good. Staff could use training on costomer service. Not friendly

Minor repairs are needed - caulking, peeling paint etc… Musty odor in the room. Linens were clean and beds were comfortable.
Staff was super friendly and helpful, much appreciated.

It was a lot cheaper then West Virginia side. My family enjoy playing in the pool.

I stay here when I visit my daughter who is attending Marshall University. It’s very close to the college, yet out in a quieter environment. I’ve stayed at this hotel probably 3 different trips now in the last couple of years. The staff is awesome and so friendly.

我们晚上 8 点入住（我丈夫和三个孩子），刚进房间准备睡觉的 15 分钟后，前台服务员就打电话来抱怨我们太吵了。我们都是很有礼貌的人。我们只是在拖行李箱，帮小孩子换睡衣。当我们只是想进房间睡觉的时候，却受到这样的对待，这让我很震惊。
