Very nice front desk staffer. Room is also very nice. Only stopped to sleep for a few hours.

The room was cool & clean;
the TV was set to a Welcome message for me. (Nice touch, but the image pixelated- so no TV. That was the only negative! TV was working by AM, but I was checking out as it was just an overnight stay,)

It was fine except that our Ron was right by the elevator which made horrible noises like it was going to break down
