Thevproperty was great. However, I had to request shampoo, conditioner, etc. No in the room and they ran out of most of the breakfast items an hour before breakfast ended. And there was noone there or at the front desk to ask for more. And I only saw someone at the front desk twice the entire time I was there.

Not great customer service
They gave the room away and voided my reservation after my employee had already checked in. Then called him back to office and made him pay for the room because of their error.

The room was updated including new towels and sheets. The hallways were warm, but the rooms were cold. The room could be a tad cleaner, but was decent. Quiet, considering it was occupied by a lot of the miners that work nearby as they all get up a lot earlier than I did. Was only there 1 night for a work trip so it was ok. I would stay here again if the price went down. Definitely wasn't worth $166 a night.

Our original room’s ac wasn’t working. Staff was amazing at accommodating us and getting us to a similar room in the same location.

This place was great! I was just wondering if i get money back because they gave me a room that was not the one i picked. I was in town early and asked if a room was ready and I stated i could wait and i was just driving by to check.
