The cleaning staff did not clean the room as promised. Upon checking in , we were told, cleaning was done every other day.

We had 2 rooms, one was not as clean as the other. Bathroom should have been cleaned better.
Front desk personnel were very helpful though; great service and attitude and attention to details (Felipe and Jeffrey)!!
One lady at the breakfast station the first morning had a terrible attitude and not helpful and resented cleaning the table when asked politely. However on the second morning another lady was very pleasant.

TV wasn’t working and no answer at the desk. I was not dressed to go out of the room. TV was mega important so we could relax after the long trip from RI!

We stayed in the same room as our last visit. The shower head was still broken making it a juggling act to get a shower and water going all over the floor.
Tried to charge my phone and the outlets were too loose to hold the plug. Did manage to find one that half worked.
On the up side…. The staff was nice and helpful…

The front desk clerk was so accommodating . The room was clean and the breakfast was good other than the fruit was all gone and not replaced for the 40 minutes we were there. We arrived at 830 am

The shower has mold in the corner of the shower.the shower head only had a low speed of water coming out. The water was to be shut off for 1 hour from 11-12. I was going to stay an additional day but after that, I changed my mind and left.
