Lobby smelled like pure cigarette smoke. Surrounding area exhibited homelessness. No breakfast only at McD's and Burger king surrounding area.

Room was very small. Overall dingy appearance. Pillows were stained. Carpets could use a good shampooing. The lighting in the room was not good.

Sufficient parking and well lighted. There is a vending machine in the Lobby. The staff cleans the public areas often. I love the services I receive. All staff are friendly.

I had to wait a bit to check in but the the check in employee was friendly and I checked in quickly. She also arranged for another party in our group to be on the same floor.

I booked a two night stay here because of the price and proximity to the Commanders stadium. Let’s just say, You get what you pay for! This is a “No Frills” motel. The bed was noisy and the linens didn’t fit properly. Outdated Upgrades. Bathroom is small. Two 24hr fast food restaurants are located within the same corridor. Conveniently located off the highway which makes this place accessible to everyone including the homeless. My advice, just pay the extra $100 to stay somewhere nicer.

I was warmly greeted and no issues Checking In. My room was spotless with amenities.
