Staff was friendly, check in was easy. The room was nice. It had everything u needed. The only problem I had was the hot tub still wasn’t working. It was not working the last time I stayed either. Oh and the lock for the pool door wasn’t working so we were locked in and had to send someone around the building to let us out. The breakfast was just ok. They stop refilling early so u gotta make it down there early.

Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.
Check in and getting dressed in our room and the door pops open and another family walks in. They were assigned the same room.
Shower did not work.

Dated and very basic, Expensive considering the location, hotel rooms and amenities. Breakfast was very limited and basic. The only good thing was room was spacious. Bed linen was stained and faded. Did not give a clean feel at all

Breakfast was simple and delicious. I have to brag in the staff for being so helpful when we forgot AirPods in the room. We were able to call and have someone pick them up with no issues. Thank so much for being helpful and honest. It’s truely appreciated!

Property was dingy and old. Nothing matched from furnishings to floor. Lots of people milling about so it felt weird.
