Rooms have been updated since the last time I was here, years ago. The hotel is now called ‘Players Inn’. The room was large, with very tall ceilings. It wasn’t the cleanest though and the beds were horrible. A thin sheet separated me from the stained comforter. There was pink mold in the bathroom. The pool was full of loud children, splashing, jumping on each other, throwing balls all over. There was 1 adult for the 15 children in the pool (I’m not sure if he was watching them all or just a few). It was chaotic, my group left within 10 minutes. Stay at the ****** hotel if you want a more relaxed time.

When we arrived at 3, two people working at the front desk, not doing anything. They would not allow any check ins before 4pm. We come back at 4pm and line up is until outside the door, with only one person working. A second person finally came to check people in at 4:30. We did not check in until 4:50

I would not recommend this hotel, nor will I stay here again. The beds were horribly uncomfortable and squeaked with every movement. The pillows were kid sized and SO LUMPY that they made my ears hurt. The duvet had a hole in it and had a sheet just sitting over it. Meaning everyone can touch the duvet. Gross. The air conditioning unit was loud and kept us awake. Also concerning was the hotel door - there was a gap at the bottom, the lock seemed flimsy and the latch at the top did not close correctly. As two women travelling and staying on the third floor we felt unsafe. The front desk clerk was friendly (male).

There was a wait until 5pm to check in due to rooms not being ready, no hair dryer was available in the rooms. The rooms needs a major renovation job, ex: remove the tub and only have a shower. The furniture needs an upgrade with usb plugs, the 32” led needs an upgrade to a 50”
