The room was clean but the overall appearance was ok. Needs to be updated and smells initially like wet laundry. Very little breakfast options too.

酒店回复: Thank you so much for your review, we are in the process of updating and renovating the hotel. In the rooms you will notice all new bedding and furniture. It is a long process and has to be done in steps. We offer waffles, nutri-grain bars, apples, milk, ice water, toast with two different types of bread, jelly, yogurt as well as omelets and breakfast sandwiches and two different types of cereal for breakfast.

Room smelled terribly of bleach, but better than being dirty. Stayed 4 nights but did not receive any housekeeping service. Overall solid and perfect for our needs

酒店回复: I do apologize if the smell of bleach was overwhelming, we do have air freshener that any of our staff would be more than happy to spray in the rooms to help minimize that if it were to happen again in the future. We have specified days that we clean rooms for our in house guests and I apologize that your stay did not seem to fall on one of those days. However, during your stay if you would like housekeeping to come in please check in with the front desk and we will be more than happy to have someone come in and freshen up your room for you.

No door on the bedroom, couch bed was terrible. Room was not cleaned. The website made the hotel look better. Disappointed

I can't say anything about the condition of the room because they no showed me and gave my room to someone else, even though I called ahead of time and told them that my rooms were not going to be used the first 2 days but we would be checking in on the Friday and Sat. When I called to talk about this with a manager she was rude and unwilling to offer any resolution even though it was bad communication among staff. She hung up on me . When we visit again, we will be driving to the next hotel.

酒店回复: There is unfortunately nothing we can do when you book your room and pay for it online, we cannot change the dates. All we can do is check those reservations in and check them out. That includes with a phone call to let us know you wouldn't be arriving on your arrival date. Any changes to the reservation has to be made through the booking agent directly and if you book online the booking agent is not the hotel. You went into no show because you were not here to use your reservation by the time that we switched our system to the next business day and after it goes into no show the room is no longer held which means that if someone is to book (or multiple people) there is a chance that there will no longer be a room when you are able to get here.

Won't someone build a nice hotel in Hillsdale?
Wish there was an alternative available in Hillsdale. This hotel is getting worse every time we stay there.
Breakfast is marginal, hotel is noisy, no elevator, housekeepers are very nice.
