My child walked across the floor and it turned his feet black. There appeared to be mold on the ceiling of the restroom and my wife saw cockroaches in the morning when we first used it. The staff was excellent though, and the breakfast was decent.

Everything was good!! Only thing that I thought about was that it would've been nice to have a
Mirror in the room itself. So when you have more than one person in the room they'll be able to check and make sure that they look good.

Great value for the price. Friendly, helpful staff, clean comfortable room. The pool and fitness room were an added benefit along with the hot breakfast buffet in the morning with coffee available all the time. I would definitely return.

Pick a different hotel
Both treadmills were broken and one nearly through me off - it stopped and then jerked. All hallway carpets were old dingy and had ratty tape on the seams. The desk clerk told me to park around back - there were roofers there with roofing nails laying in the parking lot!

Disappointed by conditions.
We were not informed that housekeeping was provided only every 3 days until late into day 2 of our stay. We were also not informed of a roofing project. The workers were banging and hammering from 7am until after 9pm. We cut our stay short by 2 days because of this disruption.

The hallway smelled of mold and was dark and dingy. Our room had ants in the bathroom on the bed and the window. Despite our experience, the staff was very helpful/pleasant. They refunded our room without hesitation.

No outdoor pool or hot tub. Which was a selling point on staying at this location. Pool area was so hot it was unbearable.

Not Great
When we arrived no one was at the front desk. I yelled and no one came. I called the hotel and no one answered. I had made a reservation and prepaid and so I wasn't going to leave. After 10 minutes someone finally came out to help me and she treated me as if I was bothering her. When we went to get breakfast in the am - there was no sugar for coffee. The person working made us feel bad for asking. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling and as we checked out I told the worker. Her response was "yea we know".
