Room had gnats, towels were stained, breakfast was nonexistent, "clean" towels were hung in a Target bag on door. Coffee carafe was missing and then one without a lid was given. Water temp went from normal to scalding without warning. Lots of transient looking people around and living in rooms. Pool was padlocked for no reason. Staff was nice but unmotivated. Laundry/Ice was outside and out of order.

Knoxville Stay
rather poor. 1st room unusable no working door lock. 2nd room door bent, cereal and milk spilled in front of door before we used room never cleaned up. Loud screaming outside, profanity used often never stopped until early morning. People drinking outside with open bottles and beer cans with kids all around. Not a place for a family atmosphere. Facility old and poorly maintained.

They didn't stay. The rooms were dirty and I'm still getting charged. Not child appropriate with the people on the balconies. One hotel clerk was nice. Gave them paperwork stating room was canceled. I will be disputing the charges. When I tried to call the hotel and talk to them they wouldn't answer the phone.

It was not as nice as the pictures online. It was uncomfortable and the breakfast wasnt put out unless requested. Was not at all what I expected.

Front desk lady Ms.Jessica was very nice,helpful and knowable.Gave me good information and clear direction about Knoxville areas. Rooms were clean, comfortable . We requested for two rooms near and we got them both side by side that was really excellent service .

This was absolutely the worst hotel ever. Save yourself time and hassle, don't stay here!! There was a needle on the floor when we entered the room likely from the previous person using ***** and it wasn't cleaned by the hotel. All of the sheets and blankets had burn holes. The tiles in the bathroom were completely broken. It was dirty and smelled horrible. Our biggest health and safety concern was the needle on the floor. My family of 5 opted to stay in our vehicle overnight instead of staying at this hotel since other hotels were sold out. The hotel issued a refund and yet I still cannot be reimbursed. This hotel is the worst with safety and health concerns. Do not come here!

Probably won't stay there again
The woman that checked us in was very nice. She had to deal with some people near our room that ended up needing to be handled by the Sherriff's deputies. Fairly quite during the night. Bed was comfortable. Linens on the bed had cigarette(?) burns. Carpet has seen better days, so not sure how clean it was. Free Breakfast was very disappointing-only cereal, white or wheat bread for toast, orange juice and so-so coffee. Conveniently located to good places to eat and the freeway. Usually stay at hotels close by but they were all booked. At least we had a good night's sleep.
