The ceiling was damaged and leaking, so no pool. Water damage on the ceiling of our room and the jetted tub looked dirty. The place could really use some maintenance.

It was a great room. Very clean. The carpet in the hallway had a crack in it where two different kinds of carpet met. It stated there was a pool and hot tub on ******* i did not see where they were not working. I was a little disappointed.

No pool or hot tub. The ceiling in the pool area was literally falling down.
They had to turn the water off for 4 hrs one day with no compensation efforts

这个地方简直太糟糕了。我在截止日期前很早就取消了预订，他们却拒绝退款。我以后再也不会去了。
我们在热水浴缸和泳池里玩得很开心。酒店离海滩和杂货店都很近。我们还会再来入住的。
年纪大了，没看清楚，地方订错马上，退，都不行，这个德行都可怕这退票都不行
