We’ve stayed several times on our way south and had a good experience. This time was disappointing. The shower was full of black mold. The tub had a ring and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a while. There was hair in the tub as well. We also had to deal with neighbors slamming their door all evening. The front desk was helpful in dealing with the noise issue. However, we probably won’t come back again.

Clean rooms, staff friendly. Beds were kinda uncomfortable, could feel springs all night.

Staff was extremely helpful. Beds were comfortable. The hotel was clean. Decor was a little dated. The chair in the room was really beat up and needed to be replaced. There was a weird odor that smelled almost like ozone and smoke when we arrived. We opened a window to air it out, but wasn't ideal. There isn't many options for food nearby.

The hotel was extremely outdated and falling apart. Rusty bathroom fixtures. Broken doorstops and exposed interior of walls. Spiders and silverfish in the bathroom.
The areas around the facility are less than inviting.
I will not return, Best Western puts their name on the facility and allows the owner to operate the facility in a disgusting manner.
Do not stay here!!!

Mentioned when I checked in that I'd be leaving at 4 the next morning, so the owner set out breakfast sandwiches to grab right before I left! 10/10

Even though I had checked in on-line and provided all the information, I was still asked for all of it at check-in. The staff person was very difficult to understand.
