I stafrom a Friday through a Tuesday and the housekeeping never cleaned my room. After the first day, I gave it a pass and got fresh towels from the front desk. The second time, the owner or manager gave me more towels and I asked him to remind housekeeping to service my room. It never happened. .The staff desk

Staff was great!!
And he room was neglected overall!
Stained sheets, mouldy areas in bathroom, ice machines (if they worked). Overall, of hotel was not ideal.

The stay was okay, considering the area. I wouldnt stay here again unless I had to. Staff in the morning/ afternoon time was better trained to me. Chose not to eat breakfast based on personal observations, but thats just me.

Great place to stay in New Orleans without staying in New Orleans! Clean, comfortable, spacious, equipped with everything you need. Nice neighborhood. Will definitely visit this hotel again

1st room tv didn’t work. Moved us to 2nd room. Tv had lines running through it, bathroom door couldn’t close, lights didn’t work, blood on bed sheets, couch was damp the entire time we were there. Went for breakfast at 8am all pans were empty and there were only 2 pans for the entire hotel. Said they have to find the cook. Couldn’t have breakfast any of the 3 days we were there. Kept trying to take out an $11 charge but no one knew what it was for.

Furniture in room was very dirty and worn. Room walls and furniture contained scratches. There was no hot water. I immediately checked out and requested a refund.

环境不安全，早上 8 点我的门就打开了，那时还不是我退房的时间，而且我是唯一一个有房间钥匙的人，这是不可接受的，而且很危险
他们的服务很差，如果你需要毛巾，他们没有，空调周围的地板是湿的，房间里有股潮湿的味道。浴室门关不上，淋浴太短，地板被弄湿了。
