The ceiling in the hallways were falling in and they were water stains on the ceiling in the bedroom. Also the keys to the bedroom didn’t work and each time we would leave we would have to have someone let us in.

When I first arrived I waited a whole hour to get my room. The staff that was downstairs was eating and not even at the desk then he came off rude saying “what yall need” like are serious I said to check in he said Ita not 3pm I said it’s 3:15pm. He then told me I had to wait on a manager to respond wnd me and him got into a little fuss then almost 4 o clock they gave me my room and I was not pleased at all

I was stranded in the room for the entire 2 night stay. I am in a motorized wheelchair. Friday night I went up on the elevator to view the room to see if it would accommodate my needs. I went to go back down on the elevator and it was not working. I was told they were working on it and elevator service technician was called, but he never arrived. I had to call the fire department to come get me down from the second floor on Sunday morning. If you are disabled, and can't walk stairs well Do Not stay here.

This was the worst property ive ever stayed in. Room was nasty, room smelled like smoke, room was just dirty looking and very nasty. I am very disappointed with Comfort Inn suite. Room key barely worked we had to play with it several times before for entry. Elevator only worked from first floor, we stayed on thr 3rd floor and had to take the stairs to go down. Ice machine did not work on the floor. They had towels under the ice machine and it smelled wet in the hall way. Never again will i stay in a place like this ever again. The photos on the website are lies. This property is very trifling.

糟糕的住宿体验，窗帘上沾满污渍，浴帘杆生锈，地毯非常粘，床完全没有支撑，摇摇欲坠……很可能非常旧，浴室门已经干腐，甚至无法完全关闭。住了一晚后就退房了。
环境不安全，早上 8 点我的门就打开了，那时还不是我退房的时间，而且我是唯一一个有房间钥匙的人，这是不可接受的，而且很危险
他们的服务很差，如果你需要毛巾，他们没有，空调周围的地板是湿的，房间里有股潮湿的味道。浴室门关不上，淋浴太短，地板被弄湿了。
