A few hiccups…ongoing solar panel work, temporary water outage, broken ice machine….but otherwise a hotel that gives good value!

While our solar panel project is ongoing, no work was taking place during your stay, and the temporary water outage was due to an unexpected plumbing repair for which we provided advance notice. We also have two ice machines on property, and one remained available while the other was being serviced. Thank you again for your understanding. The listing stated that there was no smoking. I assumed like anyone would that that meant the rooms. Nope! That meant the whole property. I had to smoke in the next door parking lot. Alone, uncomfortable and sometimes afraid.

Once again Pelican Pointe did not disappoint. The check in was quick, our room was ready before 3 pm and we were able to enjoy a full day at the beach. The room was spotless. Brand new fridge in the room. Bathroom was clean and shampoo, conditioner and body wash was provided, which was great. There were beach chairs available to use during our stay. Beach towels were also provided in the room. Another great stay at a gem of a hotel.

我预订 Pelican Pointe 酒店时，就知道它有些年头了，所以没指望有多豪华，而且价格超级实惠！我们刚到的时候，房间对于我们一家五口来说非常宽敞。它就像一个半套房，厨房和床铺是分开的，但没有完全隔断。房间里有两张双人床，厨房/用餐区还有一张沙发床。房间很干净，但有一种奇怪的味道。有一个小巧但设备齐全的厨房，配有冰箱和微波炉，非常实用。乍一看还不错，位置很棒，就在清水湾海滩对面，而且还提供免费停车，这真是个额外福利（我讨厌为停车额外付费，考虑到价格，这一点真的很棒）。我以为我们真是捡到宝了，直到……我儿子在浴室里看到一只巨大的虫子，结果是只蟑螂！！！真是太恶心了！！！整个住宿期间，我们又看到了几只大蟑螂和大量的幼蟑螂，到处都是。我们都不敢关灯，因为你一关灯，蟑螂就出来玩了，真的非常恶心，让人大倒胃口！！！！不用说，我们都是开着灯睡觉的。我们也没有费心去抱怨什么，因为如果这个房间有蟑螂，那很可能整个酒店都有！
如果不是因为蟑螂，我肯定会推荐这家酒店，但看到那些恶心的虫子后，我绝不会再回来了。酒店需要熏蒸杀虫，把那些蟑螂彻底清除掉！！！

一家典型的汽车旅馆。我们一行三人，住的房间里有一张沙发床，需要我们自己铺好。房间还行，设施都挺齐全的。有一个小厨房（没有炉灶）也很不错。这家汽车旅馆位于两条马路之间，走到海滩大概三到四分钟。我们只住了一晚。与其他酒店相比，就清水湾的消费水平而言，这个价格算是偏高了。
位置优越，泳池很棒，房间非常干净整洁
这家老酒店经过翻新，但并不尽如人意。部分室外区域显得陈旧，而且我们在浴室和儿童房里都发现了蟑螂。
