By no means this location is quiet. Bar across the street (town side) is blasting music until 11PM or midnight.
Rooms could use an upgrade.

Gr8 views, true ocean front, gr8 price, nice pool, GR8 restaurant next door (Crabby's), GR8 shoping next door @ Surf Style (huge super market with super discounted beach clothes & wares). Will be back.

We paid for an ocean view but had a mostly a view of a palm tree and an ice cream shop on the 2nd floor. Views were much better in a unit on the 4th floor. The room was a bit run-down for example it had mold spots in the shower caulk, caulk around the vanity was missing, walls and trim were poorly painted, furniture looked like it was patched with leather stickers, our patio door didnt lock well, the front door stuck, and you could see light under the main door. Otherwise the rooms appeared pretty clean. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but decided to leave after just one due to the extreme concert noise level from the bar across the street until midnight followed by a very loud garbage truck at 4am. Nobody slept well. The staff seemed very friendly. Overall I would not choose this hotel again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. This is an older motel style building. Needs a lot of room updates. The elevator was working, and I did see that they were updating the rooms above us. We were on level 3. I believe they will be a much better hotel in the next year. It served our purpose and was easily walkable to many things. The pool was great. very clean and the area around it was nice.

Have stayed here multiple times! No frills, but staff are friendly, location is perfect for the beach and our favorite restaurants, and the rooms are clean.

Suitable in a great location
Location was great being directly across the street from the beach. The elevator is very slow. Nice breakfast options. Our room had a bizarre stale odor (from being closed up possibly) yet it was clean. our balcony sliding door didn't lock. I would rate it a little high priced, overall it suited our needs.
