Water park was great! Very clean and well taken care of. The hotel itself could use some tlc. The shower made a lot of noise and there was no shower fan. Things were starting to get pretty worn out. Bedding was wonderful, lots of room lighting, and appliances all worked. Any staff we met was very polite and helpful. I love the hot tub that goes outside. It was a beautiful October day to sit outside!

I thought that we had booked a room with disability aids,
especially in the bathroom, but there were no hand grips so
no shower for me!!!

Staff was not rude, but sure didnt seem like they wanted to be there. No good mornings, how was your stay etc. Hotel carpet is not very clean so keep your shoes on. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good, although, when came to get coffee an employee was there and was coughing directly at the coffee machine not covering his mouth. The pancake machine wouldn't work so when i went to front desk she seemed a bit put out and said she had changed it. She replaced it and it was fine but sensed some attitude there. That is what prompted this review. That and the check out when the employer didnt ask how stay was and seemed a bit put out. Waterpark wasn't open so can't comment on that. Probably wouldnt stay here again especially since many hotels in that area to choose from.

We enjoyed the water park, breakfast & having 2 TV's in our room. We would stay there again.

Only thing was the hallway carpeting was very dirty. Otherwise excellent rooms and space for the money.

I was disappointed that when booking we did not know the hot tub was closed. But the hotel is nice, convenient to breweries

It was a place to sleep after a long day. Nothing fancy. The only thing I didn’t like was the television—it was too small.

Teally enjoyed the stay and love the size of the room. 3 adults really fit good in a family room.

Check in wasn’t u til 4pm and if only staying one night was not able to use water park but for a couple of hours after check in as it is closed from 1-4pm and checkout is when it opens in the morning! Paid way too much for a couple of hours of usage! Why close in the middle of the day with guests? Wish I had known ahead of time as the price was the same as great wolf lodge with so much less to offer! Won’t make that mistake twice! Rooms are run down and in serious need of upgrade and maintenance!
