Place was great, kids loved it, room was clean and everything was nice. I personally hated the beds and thought they were super hard but the rest of the family thought they were fine. We will definitely stay again. Pool area was large enough to keep the kids plenty busy but not too big so you could see them pretty much the entire time.

Smaller water park then some of the neighboring facilities but it is very clean, bright, and well maintained. Like the zero entry pool for smaller kids. Loved the outdoor hot tub.

Very worn facility. Television did not work. Heater in room kept us up entire night on and off with being so loud. Discussed issues with gal at front desk. Could not be bothered to say I’m sorry or try to resolve. Won’t be back for a repeat stay

Water park was great! Very clean and well taken care of. The hotel itself could use some tlc. The shower made a lot of noise and there was no shower fan. Things were starting to get pretty worn out. Bedding was wonderful, lots of room lighting, and appliances all worked. Any staff we met was very polite and helpful. I love the hot tub that goes outside. It was a beautiful October day to sit outside!

Staff was not rude, but sure didnt seem like they wanted to be there. No good mornings, how was your stay etc. Hotel carpet is not very clean so keep your shoes on. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good, although, when came to get coffee an employee was there and was coughing directly at the coffee machine not covering his mouth. The pancake machine wouldn't work so when i went to front desk she seemed a bit put out and said she had changed it. She replaced it and it was fine but sensed some attitude there. That is what prompted this review. That and the check out when the employer didnt ask how stay was and seemed a bit put out. Waterpark wasn't open so can't comment on that. Probably wouldnt stay here again especially since many hotels in that area to choose from.
