Great base for a trip to the Midwest. I loved the variety of hot breakfast options from day to day and the friendly staff.

Check in staff person was very polite. Room was much nicer (clean and bright) than when we last stayed there (4 yrs ago??). Breakfast options nice however needed to use microwave to warm everything up. Will consider staying there again if we find ourselves in Baxter, MN.

Everything about the property was great. I especially have to give kuddos to the General Manager! He let us check in a bit early and was so nice in going above and beyond!

Terrible customer service!
Had to cancel my reservation, was booked through a 3rd party site and was told to call the hotel first to cancel, I called the hotel and cancelled, was told I would have an $88 cancellation fee because I was past cancellation period, I agreed to the fee, got cancellation email. When 3rd party site contacted the hotel after this the hotel was only willing to refund me $84 of my $232!

Room was way too small and too dark. Could not shut the bathroom door without it hanging on the tiny bathroom sink which was right outside the bathroom. Not enough places to hang towels to dry because they didn’t exchange towels until after the third night. Decent breakfast.

Property and room stinks of stale cigarettes. Room is clean, but cannot get over the awful smell. Bathroom sink is too small. Staff is friendly, and bed is comfortable, but the smell takes away from that.

Loved everything about this hotel the only thing i didnt like was the sink area you didnt have room to put your things and shower shower/stool room was small.

The room was very clean and everything was modern and newly remodeled. We requested ADA compliance and this place did everything right, unlike others.
