The person at the front desk tried to double charge me had to show him on my banking app that I had already paid for the room thru Travelocity the room was ok but sheets were stained there was no blanket on the bed only a bed spread and a flat sheet the bathtub had a dirt ring around it .

The hotel is under renovation, so there’s loud construction in the morning. Only three pillows were provided, and they were in bad shape. The comforter was paper thin. The room didn’t feel clean — there was dust everywhere and a Black & Mild butt behind the nightstand, which I only saw because they left it pulled away from the wall. The bathroom had pink soap scum, and the outlets were so loose that my phone charger wouldn’t stay plugged in. Breakfast was poor — just bagels and toast with no cream cheese, butter, or jelly. Overall, not a good stay and I wouldn’t recommend it.

The tv remote did not work. Wanted to call front desk. There was no phone in the room. A lamp on the sink counter because the light above the mirror didn't work. Totally unsafe! A cloth left behind on side table. Stain on curtain and wall behind curtain. Staff at first was argumentative then seemed indifferent. My receipt showed I was not charged but my bank account was charged the full amount.
住着还挺舒服的,但所有的火警警报器都从天花板上扯下来了。
酒店还不错。泳池关了,早餐也比较简单,但前台人员很有礼貌,价格也和住宿条件相符。
房间设施一般,服务质量不好。我们下午五点多钟到酒店拿钥匙后到房间一看,完全没有收拾好,房间里的东西乱七八糟。结果找了半天才找到搞卫生的,这样的管理水平真叫人无语。
前台的那位女士Lela简直粗鲁透顶,完全不理解我的处境,铁了心要让我和我的狗还有其他三个人去睡车里。即使我哭得一句话都说不出来,她依然笑着,甚至咧着嘴问我:“你无家可归又不是我的问题,你想让我怎么办?”
今天值班的经理简直冷酷无情,态度恶劣。她根本不愿意配合我,连房间钥匙都不给我。如果我出去取钱的话,我怎么能再回到我的房间呢?
房间本来应该是无烟房,但好像有人刚在房间里抽烟一样。房间很脏,有异味,毛巾很脏,地毯很脏,床单也很脏,什么都没改变。
我大约四年前就来过这里,日夜不停。昨晚的住宿体验是最糟糕的,现在房间也糟透了。说实话,这地方怎么能为了一间半毁的房间而收费呢?暖气没有盖子,地毯染成黑色,灯也坏了。
