We had a very nice stay here. The bed was very comfortable and they were kind enough to allow me to check-in early because of a medical issue. The breakfast menu was ok too.

This place ain’t bad neither is their food , but me and my family was talking about something & I look over and I seen a roach crawling on the wall from the corner of my eye ! It’s not bad or anything theirs alotta of fun things to do & see but rather then that I will not come back .

Is dated and needs a total refurbishing and a total cleaning. It is not for people who want to sleep. The noise from the pool and Recreation Area is overwhelming. If your room overlooks the recreation area you have no windows. The smell of chlorine is overwhelming and tough to take all night long. Great for families with children who want to just party as much as possible. The breakfast is as minimal as possible.

The staff were kind and attentive; they helped us have a good experience with our two small children. Eddie the manager, Nataliia at the front desk, and the woman running the breakfast service (Alia, I think?) were particularly good at customer service. Our kids loved the pool and the play structures and the small arcade. We will be back.

Had a pleasant stay there, liked the atrium with the pool, arcade, kids play areas, and mini golf course. Only issue is the pool's liner has several tears and wrinkles, likely from an unprofessional install; thankfully the hotel's aware about the issue and plans to replace it by January The floors, especially around the atrium area also may need a cleaning (especially as I witnessed a kid getting her foot hurt by what appeared to be some stray sharp object there). The playground also needs fencing on the rear of the play structure to deter kids from climbing on the outside.

The rooms a being renovated, I stayed in an older room that had a very comfortable bed, a nice pull-out sofa and microwave and minifridge. The pool was just overhauled in November, the hot tub was repainted and the kiddie pool is in a renovation stage. The put-put-golf was great, and the playground looks to provide many fun moments for all of the kids that were playing there as I walked through. The Breakfast was waffles, scrambled eggs, orange juice and a bagel were great and the right price included with the stay. The staff are helpful, friendly and pleasant. The facility was clean except for some renovation in a closed hallway everything seemed up to par. I look forward to my next stay!!!!!

This hotel is in desperate need of a deep cleaning. The room was dirty. The floors did not appear to have been swept in our room or in the hallway. The bathroom was very dirty. There were several cracks in the tile and the vent was falling out of the ceiling in the bathroom. The play area and pool were the reason that we selected this hotel and they were a letdown. Again, they weren’t very clean. The pool liner seemed to have an issue where it wasn’t pulled tight. The hallways and rooms are dated which would not be a problem if they were properly cleaned and maintained.

When I arrived from my trip, the front desk staff were kind and attentive. I really liked this hotel. The staff made me stay that much more relaxed. I usually travel about twice a year to Ohio every time I go I pick a different hotel. This hotel will be my new regular when I visit.

This is not the first time I have stayed at this hotel. I was impressed before (that is what made me come back) but I was even more impressed this last stay. My boys and I and 32 of our friends stayed New Years Eve night and it was a BLAST! There was so much to do (swimming, hot tub, ping pong, arcade, putt-putt, and MORE)! Also, the staff was amazing (kind and hard working) and they had security walking around. I personally worked with Eddie to set this event up and he was so easy to work with. Thank you so much for a New Years Eve night my kids will remember!
