Seemed clean although room smelled musty. Mattress was very uncomfortable and small pillows. Breakfast bar was okay with nice choice. Staff was okay but not very talkative seemed cold.

We had a hot tub suite that was a little small, but expensive. We did find someone else's hair in the hot tub and urine on the toilet rim in the bathroom. Our suite was on the first floor. Around midnight, it sounded like a group of kids were jumping around in the room above us. We found out later that there was a youth baseball tournament in the area this weekend. The breakfast area was small and the food choices were few. The bacon was dripping with grease. At 8am there was one green banana left for a fruit choice. This hotel is close to restaurants within walking distance.

The staff was very friendly and check in went smoothly . The room had a horrible musty wet odor. It was hard to stay in that room. Paint was peeling off of the door jambs. The ceiling was rusty. I went to use the ice bag and it was already wet inside. Gross.

Beds and rooms were clean. Pool was ice cold. We stayed here once 3 years ago and pool heater was broken then. Would have expected it be taken care of by now.. Pool area not well taken care of.

When I arrived, I was greeted by a friendly young lady. Check in was quick and easy. Room was spacious, well furnished and bed was comfy. I'd give 5 stars had the bathroom not had hair on the floor and in tub.

Clean room and bathroom, no funny smells despite the heat outside, great AC, comfortable bed, friendly staff, simple clean kitchen area.

Very friendly staff! Room was large and clean! Pool looked great and very large compared to other hotels. Would stay again when I travel to Rice Lake!

According to front desk it’s a known issue that TV’s don’t work in several rooms and no plan to replace. They are too busy.

This is a small older hotel that is close to food and shopping. It has been updated though. The rooms are on the small side with a split bathroom. The toilet and tub are together with the sink on the outside. We did have a few issues with the key’s deactivating but that was a small inconvenience. We didn’t have a chance to take advantage of the pool but at one point saw people enjoying it. The employees that we had contact with were polite and helpful. The shining light of our entire stay was the water pressure. It was phenomenal. We loved the beds (on the hard side) but the pillows took a minute to get used to but that is a very personal comfort. We would stay here again
