When we checked in after 9pm, staff sent us to a room which hadn’t been cleaned. Don’t know circumstances but they got us room across the hallway.

Smell bad. They juts mop with dirty water the floors. The housekeeper nice but the rooms also smell bad.

We stayed there 3 weekends every time the same things were broken or out of order. The juice dispenser never worked the lid was falling off the sausage pan the last time there was no sausage. The batter for the waffles would not come out of the dispenser.

We arrived around 9pm . Staff was away from counter, they were very apologetic when they did arrive about 10 minutes later. I think there was a scheduling issue.
