Excellent staff. Very clean. Looks like newly remodeled. Beds are very comfortable. Stayed here several time after the University of Georgia football game. Easy access to restaurants. Thanks for the hospitality.

On a big football weekend our previously booked room disappeared and the unfriendly desk agent was not interested in helping us. We were fortunate to find one of the last available rooms at the Qualty Inn, where customer service seemed much more important.

I am sorry you felt that your reservation was lost but unfortunately your reservation was scheduled for Friday night arrival and you went into a no show status because you didn't show up and so therefore our front desk staff wasn't able to reinstate it because it was a third party reservation.

Do not stay at a sleep inn hotel.
This was the worst hotel I have stayed in. We were on a family trip. The sink stopped up. The room smelled terrible even after I sprayed Lysol, there was a huge cockroach in the bathroom, my key card stopped working every day, and powdered eggs every day are not my definition of breakfast. I will never stay at a sleep inn or choices hotel again

I arrived kinda late but the young lady at the front desk was friendly and had me checked in quickly. My room was very clean comfortable and quiet.

There were roaches and earwigs in the room. The A/C wasn't adjustable. The room got warm in the middle of the night. Staff was very helpful and courteous.
