Upon arrival to hotel was informed that I did not have a room reservation and this was after I had spoken with someone at the property, who assured me that I had a reservation. Point of the story I did not stay at this property and I am hoping and praying that I was not charged for this stay!!! Also the person at the front desk had no explanation of why I did not have a reservation..

Room look old and worn down bed and pillows were hard and lumpy carpet smelled of urin will not go back. Hotel need up dating and cleaned staff was nice

We stayed in room 104. Curtains were nasty and had stains on the bottom of them. Only half the TV channels worked, and the commode would not flush unless you took the top off and jiggled the filler valve.

Did not eat breakfast. Mold in the shower. Bathroom fixtures separated from walls, visible mold and dirt. Toilets barely flushed took at least an hour for the water to fill in the back tank to be able to flush again. Toilet paper felt like cardboard. Bed was uncomfortable it’s past time for an upgrade to mattress. For it to be a handicap room, the amenities were not up to par. Also with the shower you have to manipulate the faucet handle to get hot water and then once you’re able to turn, it’s too hot.
This room should not be extended to guests until the mold, water pressure and toilet issues are addressed.

The check-in staff was nice...a little over talkative so it took longer to check-in but he was trying to be personable. The room smelled musty and the view was to an industrial parking lot. The rooms need updating. Our AC never came on during the night so the room was humid...plaster was coming off the wall at the base so that's probably why. It was a place to sleep for a night, but overpriced for what it was.

The first room we were given was 50 degrees and smelled like it had been sprayed for bugs. We were offered another room that was clear of bug smell and was confortable. Breakfast was bare boned. TV service did not work
