Halloween at Comfort Suites by Choice
Sink didn’t drain. Whole place smelled ‘musty’! Room smelled like a former smoking room. Everything is outdated. Definitely not worth the $220 I paid for the night. Only bright spot was the person taking care of the morning breakfast.

The building itself is very outdated and worn out. The AC unit in the room had missing pieces. The room just felt stuffy and dirty, even with the AC turned down. The mattress was bowed inward and almost felt like I was sleeping in a hammock. The chairs in the breakfast area are coming apart. The staff however was very accommodating, offering an early check in, and were very understanding when we chose to check out after the first night of our two night stay.

Hotel is in very poor shape and is in desperate need of an upgrade. Our hotel room had an uneven floor that had low spots and what seemed like holes under the carpet. Carpet was also dirty and the hallways are also dirty. My brothers room had a clogged sink that wasn’t fixed while he was there. Choice hotels are getting worse and worse and I am a choice rewards member and I’m not sure I’ll continue using this brand due to the poor condition of their hotels. This hotel was no where near worth the high price. My brother almost paid $200 a night and it was barely worth $100.

The check-in was smooth. Housekeeper clean the room on day 3. Did a great job. Breakfast was adequate and well staffed. They could changed up the menu more than just alternating meat. The three issues I had were business computer was not connected to a printer. Second, internet was inconsistent at best. Finally, tv selection was horrible. Couldn't get channels I wanted. Like weak signal on an antenna. I had to use my personal TV streaming to watch what I wanted. Unacceptable. I paid a good amount.to not get reasonable Internet or tv.

Lovely and pleasant front desk, staff, sparkly, clean room, large bathroom with lots of towels and toilet paper and really good water pressure. Good lighting in the parking lot, great hot breakfast and really beautiful lobby.

We booked two rooms and one of the rooms had an overwhelming chemical smell. It gave us immediate headaches. It smelled like there was a mildew or mold issue and they were covering it up with a chemical smell. The other room we had didn’t smell the way the one room did. We tried to switch rooms but they were fully booked and couldn’t give us another room. The smell was so bad we left and stayed at a different hotel. The hotel refused to refund us for the stay. I won’t ever book with this company again.

We came in at 1am totally exhausted we got in our room undressed went to potty and not one roll of toilet paper was found in the bathroom and there were 3 of us. I really don’t expect to have an issue using the bathroom after 6 hours in the car
