Mary at front desk was awesome. The floor in my room was dirty and I should not have walked around in bare feet. That’s how I noticed. Otherwise a pleasant stay

Almost perfect.
We had to stay the night because our power was out.
The only complaint we have is that there was a space for
USB ports but the ports were missing! The breakfast choices could have been much better.

The clerk was not friendly at all and kind of rude. The room was great and the place was nice. Wish we could have used a pool but this place does not have a pool.

I don’t know how this has anywhere near a high 7 or 8 on *******. Let’s start with staff. Went down as breakfast was ending and there was this guy with headphones on cleaning and I asked him three times if I could get a plastic spoon for the yogurt. I took it to my room and forgot the spoon. I had to ask 3 times because he was just staring at me a smiling while I asked the first two times before he removed his headphones. He then said they have no spoons. There were literally spoons out there 5 minutes before. Also the breakfast shouldn’t even be noted. Tiny storage closet with two long tables and zero breakfast options. Check in took forever because the guy was on the phone. The bathroom was dirty and the tub is peeling. The chair in the room had stains all over it. The floor was sticky like someone spilled soda all over it and used a dirty mop to clean it up. The fridge was broken. The AC you had to turn on the fan to run all night because the auto button didn’t work. The side exits didn’t close all the way so you could come in and out of them without a key. No elevator. I paid 110.00 for this. I wouldn’t stay here for 25.00. Avoid this place.
