Could improve their in-room TV entertainment, however. All they offered is some basic package from Spectrum on a small (30” ?) TV. Could at least add a smart TV to screencast to…

The girl that checked me in was very rude. It was like I was interrupting her. I stopped in at 1;30pm and asked if I could check in early and she said if you give me an extra $25. I came back at 3pm. she was just as rude then. Otherwise the room was ok. toilet ran a lot

The room was a bit dated and showed signs of wear. The breakfast was limited on items and disappointing. It was good enough but for the price, we expected something better.

The checkout kiosk was a terrible experience after a long day of travel. While it wasn’t the remote agent’s fault, it was hard to hear and took SOOO much longer than if there was a local employee behind a counter per usual. I’m certain someone local to this town would do that job. It makes me think Baymont chooses to save money on US employees rather than provide a good experience to customers.

Didn’t have a hot tub as the website stated. TV didn’t work and breakfast wasn’t open on time. Just wouldn’t stay again

Disappointed, when we arrived @2:00pm they would not allow us to check into our room until 3pm. We had to sit in the lobby (only 2 cars in the parking lot) ?!?!.

Disappointed
Check-in was my main issue with the stay. We arrived late (1am) after going to a concert nearby. There was no clerk. In place of a clerk was a kiosk with a virtual clerk. Clearly, they have outsourced this position to another country. I would much rather talk to an actual staff member, instead of a person through a screen. The process went smoothly enough, but it was a shame to see jobs outsourced like that. I understand that wages make up the majority of costs for businesses, but to not have someone readily available on-site seemed like a miss in a customer service field, such as this.
Also, coffee material (grounds, etc) was in the room, but no coffee maker!?

Nice area, clean yet aged.
Price gouged due to an area concert.
Hot tub broken. Breakfast is bare minimum.

Stayed here for the Summer of 99 show at Alpine Valley, all in all no issues, decent hotel given the area.
