The hotel was very outdated. I don’t usually mind if the place is clean but carpets need to be replaced and the overall feel was not welcoming. Furniture was old, carpet was old, curtains were old, fixtures were old! If I hadn’t been on the road and had a long day I would have found another place to stay. Breakfast was continental and set up in what had been used as conference room at the back of the hotel. I can’t imagine any company holding a meeting there.
I can say the beds were comfortable and clean They had at least updated the bed covers.

The breakfast was fine. Offered waffles, cereal, yogurt, toast, bagels, danishes, coffee and juices.
The room was musty, but the bed was comfortable and staff friendly. We did not use the gym.

I stayed in my room most the time but it was quiet and check in was fast and easy. Cheaper stay for the same quality as expensive properties in the area definitely helped me and my son for the night while my town was out of power. Only negative was i called ahead for a crib and didnt get one but i also didnt say anything when i got there.

Upon arrival, I discovered that the front desk had checked in my cousin under my reservation. The employee had not checked confirmation codes or an ID to verify she was checking in the correct person. My room was extremely dirty. I found half eaten pretzel sticks hidden on top of the mirror in the entryway. There was a very large cobweb hanging in the corner. The bathroom had buckling tiles, and the tub was dirty, and I did not even want to attempt touching the hairdryer because it was so dirty. The vent in the bathroom was filthy and clogged with dust and dirt. The air conditioner in my room would squeal extremely loudly and jolted me out of my sleep multiple times in the middle of the night. The hallway carpet in front of my door had very dark red stains. I do not know if it was blood, but it sure appeared to be. There was also a dead frog and a dead bird on the walkway near the entrance to the hotel. Those remained on the sidewalk for the entire two days I was there and no employees had removed them. There was also mold growing above the bathroom door in my room and others in my party had similar issues in their rooms.

After we left we noticed that there were three $20 charges on our credit card. We have tried and tried to call about this to find out what these charges are for.

从哪儿说起呢？我办理了入住，去了房间，然后就直接退房了。房间里有股难闻的气味，设施也很脏。酒店设施老旧了，如果干净整洁，没有异味，我还可以接受。酒店详情里说有电梯，但这不属实，网站上的图片与酒店描述不符。
床很硬，人很粗鲁，早餐只有华夫饼和麦片，房间里没有咖啡壶，有个醉汉穿着内衣在泳池里游泳，还想进别人的酒店房间，而且没有热水！这地方真是摆姿势！我要退款！
