We enjoyed our overnight at Boomtown as part of a larger road trip over Thanksgiving week. I've passed Boomtown dozens of times in my life driving on interstate 80, and was always curious and intrigued as it has a lot of exterior character and just looks like a fun place from the freeway. We appreciated that the resort was pet-friendly. and dinner at Mel's was a fun experience with the cool retro vibe and 50's nostalgia. The room was spacious and clean.

Customers service suck badly complaining about me getting water bottle when it’s only 6 small water bottle. house keeping really suck badly close at 5pm. Please do better

They had me in a room on the 2nd floor. I do not take elevators due to getting stuck in one. You can't take the stairs as they have the doors locked at each level!

No valet. 1st night no hot water. 1/2 the hotel freezing. Steak house fantastic. The maintenance crew phenomenal. Fixed hot water issue.

我们订了两房套间。房间非常宽敞干净。两间卧室都带有独立卫生间。客厅很大,厨房配有冰箱和微波炉。阳台更是锦上添花。
现在,2025 年 2 月,由于装修,不是入住 Boomtown 的好时机。
在我们入住期间,他们正在重新粉刷泳池甲板,导致走廊里充满了浓重的烟雾。
此外,外面温度低于 40 度,但出于某种原因,我们需要打开空调。可能是走廊里的暖气从门下渗了进来。
我想以后会好起来的。只是目前的住宿条件不是很好。
他们给我们的房间太臭了!当我们联系酒店前台换房时,他们说没有其他空房了,然后粗鲁地挂断了电话。我们在网上查了空房情况,发现有很多空房间。
我们直接去了前台,他们终于给了我们一间更合理、更干净的房间。
失望
房间里没有订餐所需的客房服务代码,前台 30 多分钟都没人帮我找到。床也不是很舒服。电视只有投屏选项,但不能用。
