The property seems to be under renovation the floor in our room was soft and felt that it was not supported well , the bed was very comfortable there amenities were suitable but needed attention

Front desk was wonderful and very helpful. I slept like a baby. It was a peaceful place and I felt safe. The beds are amazing. Lol but overall. My husband and I enjoyed our stay.

AC did not work properly. Room was dirty. Environment overall terrible. Staff was rude and did nothing to accommodate our complaints.

I will Pay extra for a better place next time
Never again tv didn’t work and they were booked so no choice to swap rooms , toilet didn’t flush dirty sheets

No wifi for work. Refused to refund anything
No wifi as indicated. Not working ...terrible signal strength. Changed rooms twice. Second room aircon was not working properly. Looked like a small dinosaur had taken out a bite of it. I had to book another motel. They refused to issue any kind of refund. I did not stay at all. I'm never going back

Good basic hotel downtown Uvalde
Older style hotel, dated but clean. Comfortable beds, very nice staff, great location.
