The front desk representative was VERY RUDE & short in her responses. SHE WAS SO UNPROFESSIONAL. The toilet does not flush. You must flush 4x to get it to flush. Old & outdated. There was no sofa chair in the room. We lost power. No electricity. It was horrible.

No TV. What’s with that? Lady at desk informed me at checkout that they had problems. Maybe something to mention at checkin and offer discount for that stay or a future one.

A bit dated.
The room was a bit dated.The property was fairly well kept.The pool was horribly green and they didn't do anything about it. This used to be one of the nicer hotels in the area, and now it's just mediocre.

Aside from cable issues, our stay was perfect! We survived just fine with no tv, but it was something we would liked to have had. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean!

Hotel is older but recently remodeled. Rooms were clean. Staff was courteous.
Pool and pool area is nice. Not fancy but I stay here whenever I’m working in the Uvalde area.
