The hotel is in a good spot, right next to the freeway and close to a sports bar, etc. The hotel is pretty good overall, but not quite as nice as I thought it would be.

the hot tub isn't hot more like luke warm temps should be 98 to 104. when I said something to the shaft nothing got done, Funny thing I said the same thing in August 2024 and nothing change in over a year.

although the entire hotel was nicely appointed and modern - the rooms need a bit of an overhaul. other then that, it was sufficient for our needs.

Shower was dirty, brown goo on the wall. No soap or shampoo provided. Bathroom sink drain looked like mold in it. There was hair in the bed. Stains on some pillows. Musty smell. Loud air conditioner unit. Very let down with conditions of the room. I made the best of it. The front desk staff was friendly and this shouldn't be their fault. This seems like a management issue.

Never Again!
The food was horrible, they advertise it as a restaurant but it’s more of a “dive bar!” The hotel doesn’t have room service! We ordered and picked up our food from Tavern Grill!!! Which is located a couple of blocks away from the hotel. All you need to know about the cleaning service is that, I had a plate in my room for three days!!!

Bathroom was dirty in the room with a dirty used washrag in the shower and trash left on the nightstands. The beds smelled strongly of a man's cologne. The floors were poorly vacuumed and I saw food from a previous guest left under the bed. Overall, the room seemed unclean.
