The guys that checked us in and out were very professional and courteous. The breakfast setup was really nice. I was disappointed in finding roaches in my room when getting ready to leave, i did let the guy know when we were checking out that we had roaches in our room when packing up to leave. It sucks to spend almost $120 on a room with bugs.

Room was quiet and comfortable, staff was very friendly, the breakfast was great and the lady down there during breakfast was very friendly and kept everything cleaned up.

我之前并不知道入住需要支付199美元的押金。Travelocity网站提到可能会有额外费用，但199美元简直离谱。后来被告知只有通过第三方网站在线预订才会收取这笔费用。我旅行这么多年，从来没被要求支付过押金。以后再也不会入住康福特茵酒店了。
竟然额外收了200美元？！
泳池水温很舒服。办理入住时，他说直接从我的卡里扣款，而不是先冻结一部分押金，而是额外扣了200美元，扣期5天，之后又说会退还给我。他还给了我一张名片，让我如果没收到退款可以打电话。这简直太荒谬了。
我妻子进房间时摔倒了。瓷砖像玻璃一样光滑。地板上铺了什么东西，让人几乎无法行走，一不小心就会摔倒。我向经理反映了情况。他态度很好，在我向他说明情况后也表示理解。问题是，我妻子的背和膝盖现在仍然很疼。你可能会觉得，退房时酒店应该免除我们的住宿费用，但他们只给了我们一点折扣。我刚回到家，可能还得去看医生。电梯坏了，我们不得不把所有东西都搬上楼梯。地毯很脏，楼梯间大概两年都没打扫过了。早餐还不错。
电梯在我们入住的四晚期间一直无法使用。到达房间时，发现只有半卷卫生纸。酒店房间的门锁上了，但没能完全关上，可以看到门上方透出半英寸的光。
办理入住的工作人员态度很好。我的问题是墙壁和踢脚板上的血迹，这属于严重的生物危害。我床边的地毯上似乎还有干涸的呕吐物。我拍了视频和照片给工作人员看，之后他们给我换了房间。
电梯坏了，前台服务员似乎不太情愿解释这一点，但还是主动提出帮忙把行李搬到三楼。
我们的房间霉味很重。淋浴间的地漏生锈了，需要更换。冰箱不制冷，需要升级。
