I booked the king size bed and the manager wanted to give me the queen. He said that since I booked through a 3rd party that the king wasn't guarenteed. I asked him if he had the king and he said no, then changed and said yes. He finally gave me the king.
The beds were not comfortable, the pillows were not comfortable.
The place was clean

Fast checkin, clean room as always. We would love to know where they get their pillows from. My husband who has "pillow issues" always sleeps great here.

Very nice staff, generally clean and comfortable room. The pool was clean but freezing. The hot tub was barely warm and not as squeaky clean. Room was great, but the shower faucet was not working correctly - difficult to turn on and off. We reported it and the desk staff said it will be reported. Overall it’s just fine for an overnight stay.

A few discouraging items:
There was no breakfast area except for a very small table in the lobby that had 1 carafe of regular coffee and 4 or 5 Hostess cupcakes.
The noise from the Interstate throughout the entire night made it extremely difficult to get any sleep.
The bathroom door only closed partway.

酒店回复: Wyndham did not require breakfast, and we already declare on our all website we served only coffee and pastry. This highway is IH-35 is busy. Bathroom door is wood some time it affects whether but thank you tell us we tell our maintenance guy, and he take care of this.

Limited options in this area and this was cheapest. Lots of crickets in and around property. Rooms were large enough but surprisingly had no chairs or couch for seating. Rooms, though, were clean and suitable.
