The staff was incredibly rude. The communication was not clear and their customer service was some of the worst I have ever had. Especially for being a customer who paid, did everything correctly and they were still rude.

Horribly rude management

The manager is unbelievably rude and dishonest. They have “Free WiFi” on every one of their doors but their WiFi didn’t work for my entire stay. The manager tried to charge me $20 for leaving at 11:30a even though i was previously told by a staff member that it was no problem. This hotel had almost no one staying there. The towels are stained and dirty, the bed is dirty, and the owner hates herself and everyone she comes across.

Dirty, bed bugs, and they took my money. Dangerous conditions left from improper workmanship in construction (open tack strips). Refused a refund. Stayed for only 45 minutes and that was I just to collect evidence. They also broke ADA law. I’m still fighting (nearly a week now) to get my money back. Don’t even think they have a CofO, so how are they even in business?

The walks were nasty. Tile falling off the wall in tha bathroom. The sink is very disgusting and the caulking around the sink and toilet are full of mild and debris. The bathroom wall above the toilet had brown stuff all over it. Then they charged me for a dirty room. How is that even possible?? There was trash and we left the towels and wah clothes on the sink counter. I will never ne staying there again.

Lady at the front desk was rude as hell and entirely unhelpful. When asking for some extra sheets and a second key card for a king size room, the response was an accusatory “how many people are staying in there??” We did not get the extra sheets because she did not feel like going in the laundry room I guess. Owners clearly are trying to cheap out on everything. Room was clean but only gets service every 4 days according to the the sign in the bathroom. No extra TP or towels in the room. It is a reasonable price hotel but you definitely get what you pay for
