Toilet water on the floor, door would not lock when addressed was told to use other lock the management had the only keys, television didn’t work nor did the phone. The one bed seemed to not be clean as the pillows stuck to the bedding.

No shops really close. Air con fine. Worst part of trip was no lights in parking lot made us insecure. People sitting in cars and unknow if they were guests. As soon as we arrived there were two men smoking right out side the entrance door even though there is a sign that that state prohibited smoking within 8 feet of door.(see picture) brought it up at front desk and lady just shrugged her sholders.

不算特别好，但还算可以，8星。床上用品、淋浴和所有设施都还行，但略显陈旧。度假时不会来这里。员工还算友善，但经理却不让我取消一晚（五晚住宿），因为我为了躲避冰暴不得不提前离开，这让我很失望。
停车场周围都是购物车里的垃圾。淋浴热水只能维持大约90秒。整晚都有人猛关门。我们决定提前一天退房，但他们拒绝退还我最后一天的房费，因为他们说我必须给他们机会来解决问题。
马桶坐下时会摇晃，淋浴时打开水龙头时整个水龙头都会移动，有点难打开。床很舒服，房间很干净。客户服务很友好。
糟糕的客户服务！！我额外花了三十块钱，这笔钱是另外两个人的，因为这不在我的预订范围内。
淋浴坏了，天花板也裂了，这个地方状况很糟糕
