We were given a room that the cleaning hadn't been completed. No coffee maker. No water cups. Complimentary coffee was awful. They did not clean the snow out of the parking lot and we were stuck for a while.

We rented a king size and when we got to the room it was two doubles. So we had to correct that. It had snowed the day before and nothing was cleared off. The breakfast was minimal. Cold pot of coffee. Waffle iron didn’t heat up enough and waffles never got done. There was one bagel and items weren’t replenished (and we were there by 7:30am).
Room was decent/comfortable; but the fridge didn’t work.
Staff was pleasant, but very difficult to understand. Room was reasonable, but would not stay again.

Other guests were loud, intoxicated and arguing in the hall most of the night. The dresser was falling apart.

Staff was incredibly kind and friendly, but the room was absolutely disgusting. The inside of the door joining my room to the next room was covered in green mold, the sheets were stained with what appeared to be blood, and some had cigarette burns. The Mini Fridge had broken controls. The Dresser was damaged in such a way that the drawers could not be closed. The pool was closed, and the breakfast options were not replenished each morning, and ended up so depleted, there were some days I did not even eat breakfast.
