One packet of regular coffee in our room it would’ve been nice if we had two because we had two people staying there.

The kids had to sleep on the dirty floor because the pull out couch bed is broke and they knew about it because there was a note on it saying it was broken. Maybe we should get some of our money back

Didn't like that the hot tub jets did not work. Key card would not open pool door and front desk receptionist was kind of rude explaining that we had to go in the exit door, when there is a sign on it that says "exit only". No sign telling you that the key pad didn't work on the pool entrance door.

Usually good, disappointed this time
We come to Cadillac several times a month. We have rental houses there. We can stay at the Days Inn most of the time. Sometimes we check in late and just pay for it. Sometimes we put it on our account. But this time it was not very good. We do not like the new TV system. Could not navigate. Did not like the heating and cooling system, could not get the room cool enough. The pillows were uncomfortable. Too large and too hard, we both woke up with a sore neck. There was no ice in the ice machine this morning for me to put just a couple ice cubes in my coffee. And I know it’s not the hotel’s fault, but the breakfast room Was way too noisy with way too many people in it. Maybe it should be a little bigger? Anyway, it is making us rethink staying at the Days Inn on our trips down. The last trip, we stayed at the Comfort Inn and had a wonderful stay. I guess we will have to think about it.

We stayed here OTW to our final destination. Clean, convenient and friendly staff. Not sure about surrounding area, because it wasn't our final destination.

Our son with high functioning autism was traveling alone for the first time. We had a bump in the road and without knowing he had a disability the front desk clerk went above and beyond to help us get him on the right path.
