Both short & long hair on my pillow, deadbolt did not work, no instructions for tv & no elevator so needed to drag my luggage up many steps.

Crystal was great for my evening check-in! Helping me smoothly, and securely locate my truck and trailer and giving me a great integration to this area which was new to me

The Comfort Inn was excellent for me. The Customer service was outstanding Collin and Judy at the front desk went above and beyond to make me comfortable, as well as others. Unfortunately I didn't jot their names. The room was clean everyday and the breakfast was delicious.

The front desk person who checked us in was very friendly & helpful. He even fixed our broken toilet (it wouldn’t flush).

Stopped up sink had to move rooms. Cards keys stopped three times. Service was not an issue. Seems like the hotel could be declining some in efficiency. Service at desk was not an issue just the roo.s and key situation was a bit frustrating especially when it is raining and you can't get in the hotel from your side entrance.

had a room close to lobby and back door, all we heard was slamming doors...bed was very uncomfortable. Check in was easy and well staffed, very nice

Weekend Away
The rooms were clean and comfortable. The space is a little tight for more than two people. The staff was delightful and helpful when asked questions. The location was good for all the activiites we were interested in doing in the area.

Toilet barely flushed, walls are thin, scuffed and beat up, carpet is worn -- apparently clean but needs work, not up to Comfort Inn standard.
