First room I didn't even go in as I could smell cigarette smoke time I opened the door and I asked for non smoking room. They did give me another room which was better. The beds were very comfortable. For the most part the rooms were clean. Not sure if this hotel is pet friendly but I had to clean what looked like yellow sprinkle on the back of the bathroom door. Looked like they are in the process of remodeling. Complimentary breakfast was nothing special. The yogurt cups were outdated. Not much else offered. So for a quick trip for a wedding, it was a comfortable stay. The price was fair for what we got. Location was great, right off interstate and walked to Cracker Barrel for dinner.

WiFi was weak and signed us out often. Login process for unsecured service cumbersome. Carpets, beds, blinds, bathroom tile and sink all appeared brand new. Lobby doors not labeled, was hard to find. Bathroom counter needs soap dish. Concrete steps up to second floor deteriorating. I got the impression the hotel was in the middle of a massive remodel.

The hotel was under construction. The rooms smelled like they were underwater. They were filthy dirty stains on the bedding the floors, the walls, the bathroom I did not stay there I submitted for my refund.

Construction and Customer Service Beware
When we drove into the hotel, my wife and I wondered if they were open. The perking lot and motel were clearly under construction. No clear markings as to where to enter to check in. When i walked into the Lobby, there was a lady behind the counter. I was never offically greeted. She asked how can I help you. My reply was I have a reservation and told her my name. She began typing on the computers keyboard. Then I realized she was talking on her phone through her earbuds. We finished the tranaction as she gave more attention to her phone call than she did my checkin.

Parking lot was under construction. Our bathroom door and closet door wouldn’t shut. Looks like they are trying to update the hotel. We had an extra mattress leaned up against the wall in our room. You could barely get your hands under the faucet in the bathroom.
However, the bed was very comfortable, air conditioning worked great and the staff was quick and friendly at checkin.
