The check in was smooth, the person at the desk was super nice and even hooked my kids up with a special mini figure since they were being surprised in the morning with going to Legoland for the first time. The room was nice. Room was clean, and we really liked the non-carpeted floors. Breakfast was disappointing with little variety. I expected more for the cost of stay at the hotel. Check out was simple. 3.5 out of 5.

住得挺舒服的。
酒店走廊的地毯破损严重，与地面脱离，有绊倒的风险。走廊里虽然没有**味，但我们房间却好几次闻到，估计是隔壁房间传来的。员工很友好。我们不会再住这里了。
酒店本身很普通，但进房间的时候，一股浓烈的漂白剂和其他清洁用品的混合味扑鼻而来。我怎么也除不掉那股味道。回到家后，我留在房间里的衣服上还能闻到那股味道。
失望
入住时间是下午3点，但房间到4:30还没准备好。等房间准备好后，房间简直令人作呕。房间没有打扫，闻起来有漂白剂和鱼腥味。
我能听到邻居们说的每一句话，他们还醒了好几次。而且我的淋浴发出了可怕的巨响。
他们给我的房间有股难闻的烟草味，就好像床单没有换过一样。我去了接待处，前面的人没有为我解决任何问题。他不想给我换房间，当他说要来看时，他只是在床上喷了消毒剂。他告诉我他不能换房间，因为没有更多的房间，但至少他会看到我被取消并拿回我的钱。只是关门了，什么也做不了。太糟糕了，有人选择无烟房间，而这是他们给你的第一件事。
