Stayed here previously a few times. This time bed was uncomfortable, noisy heater but all in all it was okay. Was clean and no charge for parking. Geo at the check in desk is always very accommodating.

我们入住当晚去参加了一个派对，直到凌晨两点才回到酒店。因为我有哮喘，所以我总是提前打电话预订，而且只选择不使用香精、香氛洗衣液或衣物柔顺剂的酒店。之前入住IHG旗下的酒店从未遇到过这种情况，而且在预订酒店前我跟工作人员确认过，他们说酒店不使用任何香精。到了酒店后，我一开始以为电梯里有个男士喷了古龙水，后来才发现走廊里弥漫着浓烈的古龙水味。他们说没告诉我是因为房间里没有，好像从房间里闻不到走廊的味道似的。但那股味道直接从门缝下渗进来，直冲进房间，感觉整个房间都弥漫着古龙水的味道。我跟前台解释了情况，他们说不能退款，需要我找经理。经理人很好，但需要我提供所有医疗记录才能退款。他说他可以给我退款，但我还没在我的*******账户里看到。如果我费尽周折确保我入住的酒店了解我的需求，他们也告诉我一切都没问题，结果我到了之后半小时就得离开，而且还得费这么大劲才能拿到退款，那我以后肯定不会再住那家酒店了。
周四，我们切断了我弟弟的生命支持系统，并一直守夜。直到8月3日早上，也就是预订的第二天，我才想起取消预订的事。尽管我主动提出提供死亡通知，但他们拒绝退还任何费用。
之前预订酒店体验很糟糕，但这次工作人员非常有耐心。房间很漂亮也很干净。对这次酒店预订100%满意。
现在急需翻新。床垫塌陷，地毯破损，墙纸脱落起皱。走廊地毯脏污不堪，颜色斑驳，还有污渍。酒店工作人员知晓这些情况。
我们在这家现代化酒店度过了五晚，非常愉快。对于自驾游汉普顿的人来说，这里性价比超高。

我们住的是一个人一间房，但是如果含早餐的话，就自动是两个人的了，所以很贵，所以我们只好不吃早餐了。
如果能免费提供热水就好了。
它就在高速公路旁边，所以很容易找到。
噪音太大从早上 5 点开始客厅里就有太多人在说话，我不知道是你们的员工还是客人。我们住在 127 号房间，一直听到门关上开上关的声音，这让我很生气，很烦躁
