The Pool Was EMPTY! The Air Conditioning was LOUD and WEAK at Cooling My Room! I Had BUGS Crawling on My Bathroom and Bedroom Floor (I Stepped on 3 of them,And Brought Them to the Front Desk in The Morning When I CHECKED OUT 5 Days EARLY of My 6 Day Reservation! I Went Down The Road to (BEST WESTERN)The Front Desk Manager (YVONNE) Was Nice and She Was Apologizing For The Room Conditions! She Gave Me A Full REFUND,Except for the One Night,My Friend and I Stayed(I Had Booked 2 Rooms For 5 Nights)We Came From New York for the GABBA FESTIVAL In Macon(Sept.24-29) I Booked This Motel Through Your Company,I Will NEVER USE YOUR SITE AGAIN!! The hotel has some upgrades being part of the Wyndham chain. It's a little musty around the sink and bathroom. The staff are excellent, no trouble parking. Breakfast is OK; make your own waffle, cold cereal, toast. Coffee is good. Milk and juice available. Quieter than I expected. Easy highway access and plenty of eateries nearby.

The room was full of bugs. I set my bag on the floor when i moved it rosches scatted evrerywhere. I called the front desk and told them, he came to look. I asked him if he could spay or something. And he came with a white bottle of something. I didnt sleep much at all. The staff were so very nice abd friendly. But when i mentioned the roaches at checkout they didnt offer me any money but gave me a two bags of snacks. Needless to say i will never stay again. If they would get rid of the bugs and clean up the grounds it would be good for a nights rest.

The check in was great no hazels nor waiting period.
The room was clean some minor to fix in the bathroom with the faucet. Longer curtains for more privacy. The surrounding was not so clean although too many children around, it seems like a extended hotel for home town families. But the staffing was okay.

Did not stay after seeing room. Room was dirty. Bed sheets dirty and hairs. Floor was dirty, would not have walked on without shoes. Bathroom tub dirty with hairs.

Floors were dirty, not swept or mopped. Beds had like rubber sheets on them. Not very comfortable to sleep on when it's hot out. Breakfast was subpar. Bathroom needed to be gutted and remodeled.

The website said the room included a coffee pot – there wasn’t one. It also said it included an iron and ironing board – no iron. Was never able to use the Internet. Although the room said it had an alarm clock there wasn’t one. The TV was stuck on HDMI and I had to get a technician to come around and fiddle with the TV for at least 15 minutes to fix it because the remote is not the one that came with the TV. There was no hot water so I had to take a almost cold shower. I am in my 70s and my 2 worst experiences in my 50+ years of traveling have been the 2 that I’ve booked with you. I wasn’t even able to use my $15 voucher because your website kept crashing on me. The pictures representing the motels must be years and years old because the room that I was given in no way compared to the pictures. I feel like it was false advertising and I was swindled. I will never use you again.

we booked this stay for the fourth of july weekend they gave us trouble bc we asked for two extra bracelets for the pool then then yhe next day the pool didn’t open until 2:00 we got the room to be at the pool all weeked not have to wait half the day the room was clean properly and sunday we was gonna ask for a late check out but they don’t even open the pool until check in time so there was no point in being there sunday
