Basic, clean lodging. I arrived late and left early, so couldn't appreciate the riverside location (which looked nice) nor the pool.

Friendly staff
An old hotel which needs updating. Wifi signal was very poor. I had to go to nearby supermarket for wifi. Staff attempt many times to assist with this issue.

Everything was beautiful except the ac unit in the wall. It worked fine just didnt cool the room to a level that was comfortable. Once i brought it to the managers attention, he called someone and accomadated me in a unexpected way. He was polite and extremely appolgetic. Hes the epitome of empathy and sympathy. He was so very understanding.

I booked and paid and they canceled the reservation before I could check in.

The bed was stiff and the pillows were tough the shower also leaked water out of the door so much even with the door shut

To be clear this is a Travelodge by Wyndham not a EconoLodge as seen in some Google maps The managers have done an excellent job with an older facility. We stayed for one night on our trip back to Washington and was very pleased. Here are the pluses -Front desk was very friendly and helpful. -Grounds were clean, well-kept especially the pool -Most rooms have a great view of the Sacramento River, wished I would have brought my pole -Clean room with no odors -Our room had flooring and furniture upgrades everything in working order -Fenced in property felt very secure, parking was convenient and safe. -Fast internet, no problem streaming -Spectrum cable with lots of TV channels =AC worked great -Only $20.00 for pets The negatives -older place without some of the modern features, but has everything you need for a stay on the road -bathroom old and shower had cosmetic damage but worked fine -no breakfast but Denny's is next door Summery Price makes it a perfect economical, no thrills, place to stay when traveling in the area. We paid less than $100.00 Felt well rested after our stay.

Just got off hwy and was tired needed to rest for the night. The room was comfortable and clean. Rooms are located down the bottom of a hill away from the street traffic. The pool was delightful after a long drive . Will be back on our upcoming visit and recommend to our friends back home.

It was falsely advertised as including breakfast. The staff referred me to Dennys next door.

酒店回复: Sorry for any inconvenience but the hotel is connected to Dennys diner within 20 feet which serves all day. The hotel is not listed with breakfast.
