Room was clean..staff was great...just wish they weren't serving fake eggs nd sausage for breakfasts..it really lowers the standards

Room was great, clean, not cramped. It was quiet most of the time until some young hockey players checked in. The pool was nice before the hockey teams got there. Then someone pulled the fire alarm and we had to wait for the fire department to make sure nothing was on fire before they shut off the alarm. Then the elevator was out for a couple of days. Otherwise nice time.

Cleanliness, quiet and excellent customer service. Easy access and close to a variety of restaurants. Nice to have “real plates and silverware” for the complimentary breakfast!

Enjoyed our 3-day stay at the Days Inn in Steinbach while in town for a conference. Deacon greeted us warmly upon arrival. Beds were confortable and hotel was quiet despite being full. Our third floor rooms had been upgraded from carpet in a previos stay 1-year ago to vinyl plank which is much more sanitary. Hot breakfast included eggs, sausage, waffles and variety of breads and cereal choices as well as fruit and yogurt. The only issues were a partly filled soap dispenser that ran low durig our stay (housekeeping should check daily) and a chain that broke on the window roll curtain, fortunately in the closed position, as maintenance doesn't work on the weekend) - neither issue enough to lower the Excellent overall rating. Will definitely stay here again when in Steinbach, again.

There was a youth volleyball team staying the Friday night we were there. Was concerned about the noise as our room was right across from the elevator. My mom used to work reservations for The Sheraton and they were very cognizant of where they put families when sports teams were staying there and right across from the elevator was NOT a good spot for people/families not apart of the sports team. Lots of traffic, listening to groups of kids being loud and running down hallways til close to 11:30. Also, it seemed no housekeeping came into our room. I get not changing bed sheets to help save on water etc but house keeping can still make beds so the room is welcoming when coming back from a long day. We had asked for extra towels and pillows when we left for the day before noon. Was told you have no extra pillows and we did not have extra towels when we came back to our room later in the evening. We went to to the pool because the last time we stayed the hot tub felt like a Luke warm bath.

However, when bookings are made through third-party sites, we’re sometimes unaware that they’re part of a group, which can make room placement more challenging.Regarding housekeeping, our team does not change bed linens daily unless requested, but they should have refreshed towels and removed garbage. We’re sorry that this was missed and will follow up with our housekeeping team to ensure it doesn’t happen again.As for extra pillows and towels, our inventory can be limited when we are at full occupancy, but we’ll review our processes to better manage guest requests in the future. The hot tub temperature is maintained within required safety codes, though we understand preferences vary and appreciate your feedback.Thank you again for your comments — they help us improve. This hotel stay was excellent. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The halls were quiet once quiet time began, and the breakfast was really good. Overall, very happy with our experience!
