Room was clean. Beds were good. Breakfast was the worst part. We got down there at 8:30 (breakfast ended at 9:00) There was next to no food left. Waffle maker was “broken.” There was one muffin left. One apple left. Just expected better.

Well the room was just a typical standard room, it was clean. It would be considered as to be an economical place to stay, the front desk was great to deal with when we spoke with her, rooms were somewhat quiet.
Would I stay there again…well I would have to say honestly, no .
In my opinion, it would be a good place for a quick overnight stay.

I booked for a 2 night stay.
Was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Firstly, I was booked in a mobility assisted room by mistake and tried to get moved to a regular room in case some guest would require this room. The Hostess at the desk at check in seemed really confused on how to do this, so I told her that if a guest were to require this room, I would gladly move. Additionally, I heard another guest ask the same Hostess for recommendations of where to eat and she said she would not recommend anywhere in Estevan to eat.
I am sure these tired travellers did not appreciate that answer.

Secondly, after returning to my room after a 15 hour work day for my second night, my key card would not work. I had to get the Hostess to reprogram it. Then, upon entering my room, I found it exactly how I left it in the early morning. The bed was not made, the coffee was not replenished and no new towels were there for morning. I was too tired to make a fuss and just tried to get some sleep.
When I went to check out on the 3rd morning, I noticed a sign that stated that housekeeping only cleans the rooms every 3 days. Huh?? When did this become the norm? If I knew that housekeeping was sporadic before I booked a stay, I would have gone to another property.
Hire some staff folks or let people know this BEFORE they book with you.
