Staff was ok. However, checking in there was a damage deposit required of $100 not mentioned after purchasing my stay online. At time check in, my credit card did not tap. I told the clerk the card has no pin or tap featured. I said debit card but it was now $250 using debit. Offered $100 cash as deposit. I told her $100 on debit but she said policy is $250. Cash would not be accepted either. I said I would right down the credit card on the check in paperwork. She then got a manager. It was not until I mentioned to type the credit card number into the debit machine. Then it went through. This was annoying and disappointing the ability to pay but only their terms and values. An unexpected charge after the room was paid in full.

Carpets in hallways are showing their age…stained and worn. Things smelled a bit mildew-like in our room. Clean enough bathroom, no issues there. Just old hotel.

Pretty good , except for not environmentaly friendly in the breakfast area .
Everything went into garbage when most items should have gone into recycling bins
Also no one wiping down tables.
Also Air conditioning unit very loud!!

It was quiet and the room was ok. It's an older building that needs some updating but otherwise there's nothing wrong with it. Didn't try the pool although it looked good from my window. Having an inside window made the room I was in quite all the time.

The hotel unfortunately did not meet our expectations in terms of cleanliness. Garbage bags filled the hallways at check in time. Poor timing. We found stinkbugs crawling around our room, which is totally unacceptable. The staff was very friendly at the reception, but could not help in this situation and we left to stay at the Super 8 across the street. Bug free!

This is an older property but a nice hotel. I was surprised that they only had one luggage cart. Also there were no chairs in the room but the one at the desk. With all the technology we use today, there were very few plug-ins in the room except behind the tv stand & night stand. The bed was very comfortable & we had a good rest.
