Sheets weren't clean & pillow cases had black specs on them. I didn't sleep a wink for fear of who's germs were on the sheets. When I demanded my money back they said I needed to inform them before 130am. Didnt see the dirty bedding until 2am. Will never stay at or recommend this hotel!!

The shower drain was plugged and it overflowed, there were black smudges on the white comforter, the room beside smoked so much **** that I had to stuff towels under the lock off door to try and stop it from seeping in, the homeless that are clearly high walk around the building is extremely uncomfortable.

Clarion Pointe
The jacuzzi was in terrible condition. It was very dirty. I don't think it was ever cleaned. It was really very unsaitory.
We did not go in it.

Stay here twice in the last 2 months and it has been a nice change. No high cost and breakfast is off the menu t the restaurant. Real eggs! For the price I pay it’s clean and a bargain.

My family of 6 really enjoyed it here! The room was clean, Spacious and comfortable. The waterpark was awesome! My kids ages are 9-15 and they all loved it! The breakfast was great! Nice and fresh and lots of variety in food. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to all of our requests. We would definitely stay here again!

The Clarion Point is a great place to stay in Medicine Hat! Staff are friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean, dining excellent and the waterside is great for kids. The rooms are budget friendly!

It’s an old building with some facelift. Feels dirty and old, if we didn’t pre pay we would have left. Free Breakfast was 9/10 tho! Hot tub was peeling paint and needs to be redone.

The free breakfast was amazing! we enjoyed the pool and waterslide after a day of exploringㅤᵕ̈ . The staff were very helpful and friendly, they run the hotel with professionalism and comfort in mind. 10/10 recommend for your next visit

酒店位置很好，从高速公路下来很容易就能找到。但它又能隔绝高速公路的喧嚣声。
员工服务绝对是五星级的。我们遇到的每一个人，无论是酒店员工还是餐厅服务员，都显得非常真诚友好且专业。特别要表扬一下：Jei、Jasmeen 和 Maltin（希望我没记错名字）。
晚上我们用了酒店的泳池，就这个价格来说，泳池设施出乎意料地好。我们玩得很尽兴，直到来了一家吵闹的客人带着调皮的孩子，不过这也不能怪酒店。
我不知道为什么餐厅没什么人，因为那里的食物和服务都非常好。就连自助早餐也比大多数免费早餐要好得多。
客房非常安静（甚至连空调风扇都很安静）。床很舒服。床品、枕头和毛巾的质量都很好。床尤其舒服，感觉像是新的。地毯看起来也很新。
对于房间，我唯一可能提出的建议是，他们或许可以添置一盏落地灯来改善照明。另外，他们或许可以考虑提升浴室用品的品质，跟上当前潮流，使用更大容量的固定式瓶装产品，而不是小瓶的一次性用品。
很明显，他们正在逐步升级一处老旧的物业，走廊的油漆可能还没来得及翻新。但这并不影响客房的入住体验。
我强烈推荐这家酒店。
