Very straight forward room - clean - did what it should.
Only issue was that the cable TV did not work properly - after fiddling with it I did just watched my phone or ipad. Based on time of night and 1 night stay I did not have the patience to call front desk to have someone come up and figure it out.

We are sorry the breakfast was not upto your liking, the Super 8 standard is free continental breakfast but we try to go a step ahead and offer Hot Choices. I disagrre to your comment about bed bugs which should have been a major issue rather thasn the breakfast, that room has been rented every single day and as a matter of fact their is a couple still staying for four nights checking out on 22nd and have no complaints. I have also called in pest control and found nothing a copy is available for your review on request. We take cleanliness and hygiene very seriously, and we apologize for falling short in this area with the hair in the bathroom We have addressed this with our staff and are taking steps to ensure that it doesn't happen again.

Parking lot is well lit and felt safe. Blackout curtains made the birght lights a non issue. Room was comfortable temperature and place looks like it had some minor renos in the last while.
Somw things are still slightly dated, but this place was better than we anticipated. Only gripe is the shower curtains may need to be changed as they have an old water smell.
All staff were friendly and helpful.

Suggestions to the front desk and management were met with arguing and pushing to support corporate interests. They demonstrated zero interest in the customer's perspective, even mocking that idea.

Excellent sausages and scrambled eggs. The hash- browns were very undercooked. Good selection of breads. Rooms and beds were very clean and spacious. We did notice that sounds carried loudly from room next door and from hallway.

Love it
As always we specifically choose this location as it is nice quiet and close to the lake.
However the room type designation in ********** has changed and I didn’t get the type of room that I had reserved but the clerk was nice enough to upgrade my room to the two beds one sofa.

非常卫生，早餐很好，物超所值！
酒店还不错，但是床单老是会滑落。房间有点吵，因为洗衣房就在隔壁。
预定的是3人入住，办入住的时候前台印度人还要让我们加第三人的人头费，反复强调在OTA已经付了三人的额外费用才作罢，他表示很奇怪不应该这么便宜。全程态度不好，无语
